CFN University offers multiple training opportunities through our in-person Foundations courses, our homegrown online courses and educational webinars, access to Hoopis Performance Academy’s training videos, and our partnership with the American College. A recent study in the Harvard Business Review ranks advisor styles against the percentage of total sales in the industry. The advisors focused on continuous learning and growth make up around 27% of advisors, but they are credited with 54% of the total sales. Education, honed into skills, and applied through effort, is omnipotent.
